OPEN ENROLLMENT CAMPAIGN

Open Enrollment is the period where team members can make updates to their benefits selections for the upcoming year. While Quicken Loans has a passive enrollment (meaning selections carry over if no action is taken) the Benefits & Wellness team utilize the Open Enrollment period to educate on the offerings available. 

My team and I wanted to push our creative boundaries with a team that is generally pretty conservative. We came up with this bright peekaboo concept that paired striking visuals with familiar idioms focused on body parts to draw team members in and get our message out. Below are a variety of materials including emails, posters, swag (webcam covers) and videos.
